Arrive Resolution is a UK based mediation and conflict resolution service offering calm, structured guidance to individuals and families navigating separation, workplace conflict or difficult personal decisions. The brief was to create a website that reflected the composed, trustworthy nature of the service while clearly communicating what Arrive offers and who it is for. The design prioritises simplicity and clarity throughout. A restrained colour palette, considered typography and generous whitespace work together to create an atmosphere of calm professionalism, ensuring visitors feel reassured from the moment they land on the site.

Every design decision was made with the target audience in mind, people who are often overwhelmed or uncertain, and who need to feel that they are in safe, capable hands. The layout follows a deliberate, unhurried flow. Sections move progressively from emotional connection and problem identification through to service explanation, credibility building and a clear call to action. This structure was designed to guide visitors naturally through the content without pressure, reflecting the steady, supportive approach that sits at the heart of the Arrive brand. The site was built on WordPress, with a fully mobile responsive layout ensuring a consistent and polished experience across all devices.
