1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of Spelga Web Studio's services and website. By engaging with our services you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services: Spelga Web Studio provides web design, email marketing, social media management and related digital services. The scope of each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the website or deliverable goes live. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Project Scope: Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional charges. We will always notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

5. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate content, branding assets and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines and Spelga Web Studio accepts no liability for such delays.

6. Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of final payment, you own all delivered design assets and brand materials. Spelga Web Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Hosting & Maintenance: Where Spelga Web Studio manages your hosting, we will ensure your website remains secure, updated and operational. We are not liable for downtime caused by third party hosting providers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. This includes but is not limited to business strategy, pricing and client data.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be charged accordingly. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability: Spelga Web Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss of earnings damages arising from our services.

11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

12. Changes to These Terms: Spelga Web Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
